We want you to love your KidzCombo order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Packaging and tags (if any) are kept intact
- The item is eligible for return (see exclusions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:
- Socks, underwear, bibs, or items in direct contact with the skin (if opened/used)
- Items marked Final Sale (if applicable)
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, depending on the case). Refund processing times may vary by bank/provider.

- Reason (return/exchange)
- Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
